Together we select the territory, review the financial model and sign the letter of intent.

Frequentquestions
What is the royalty fee?
The ongoing royalty is 5% of net revenue, plus 2% for the national marketing fund. No hidden costs.
Do I need hospitality experience?
Not required. We look for entrepreneurial spirit and a love of working with people — everything else you learn in our academy.
How much equity do I need?
We recommend at least 40% of the total investment as equity. Partner banks help with the remainder.
How long is the contract?
The base contract runs 5 years with an option to extend for 5 more under the same terms.
Who finds the location?
Together. You know your city, we bring criteria and traffic analysis — the final site is approved jointly.
