Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to all orders placed through the Squareone restaurant d.o.o. website as well as to catering services. By completing an order the customer accepts these terms.

The presentation of dishes is not a binding offer. The contract is concluded once we confirm the order by email or on the confirmation screen.

All prices are in euro (EUR) and include 13 % VAT (PDV). Any delivery fees are shown separately before payment.

Payment is possible online by card or on pickup at the venue. For catering orders we may require a deposit of up to 50 %.

Pickup orders are ready within the selected time slot. Delivery and catering apply to the listed zones; for more distant addresses the per-kilometre fee shown in the catering calculator applies.

Pickup orders can be cancelled free of charge as long as preparation has not started. Catering orders can be cancelled free of charge up to 72 hours before the event; after that we charge 50 %, and within 24 hours 100 % of the order value.

There is no right of withdrawal for freshly prepared, perishable food and drinks. Vouchers and shipped goods carry a 14-day withdrawal right.

Allergens and nutritional values are listed per dish. Because of a shared kitchen we cannot exclude traces of allergens — please contact us before ordering in case of severe allergies.

Discount codes and rewards points cannot be exchanged for cash and are valid only under the stated conditions (e.g. minimum order value). One code per order.

We are liable under statutory provisions for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body and health. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable damage typical of the contract.

The law of the Republic of Croatia applies. Place of jurisdiction is Zagreb unless consumer law provides otherwise. Complaints: info@squareone.hr.
